I contacted three different pest control companies, and it was obvious as soon as I spoke with Stuart that Pest Solutions was the most professional. He listened carefully to the issues, understood the particular quirks of the property, and tailored the approach accordingly rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution.

Communication throughout was excellent. Stuart kept me informed and put me in touch with the local technicians, Iain and Ewan, who were both outstanding. They were punctual, planned everything well, and clearly take real pride in their work. In total, they visited the property five times, and on every single visit they were prompt, professional and reliable.

They carried out an incredibly thorough inspection, getting right underneath the floor and into tight spaces that I wouldn't have expected anyone to check. They identified the source of the problem, gave sensible advice when it became clear another trade would be needed for part of the repair, and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money.

Iain and Ewan were also a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, professional and conscientious, they always left the flat clean afterwards, wearing shoe covers and taking great care of the property. They arrived with all the specialist equipment needed for a proper investigation and treatment, including an endoscopic camera and rubble removal equipment, so nothing was left unexplored.

Overall, I couldn't recommend Pest Solutions more highly. A genuinely professional company with excellent communication, outstanding workmanship and fantastic customer service. Thank you, Stuart, Iain and Ewan. You're a credit to the company.

Kevin of Pest Solutions texted to say he was on his way and arrived at the appointment time. The wasps nest was dealt with in a professional manner and the site left clean and tidy.

Kevin was exceptional! He was professional and an excellent communicator and took care of our problem - mouse - immediately and each time he came to the house, he explained exactly what he was doing and why. The work was thorough and I’d recommend them heartily.

Getting rid of Mice
We had a lovely guy called Ian who set lots of traps and put poison down to “get” the mouse. We had caught one ourselves before he arrived and after 4 visits no more were caught. Ian plugged up all the areas which mice could get into our house. He was very thorough and over the 4 weekly visits from him we are mouse free. He is a very hard worker and a very nice person. If we ever have issues again we will be calling for Isn

The first class service which was provided by Pest Solutions was for a problem with mice nesting in presses, in sofas, under floorboards, making noises, leaving droppings in all rooms and the final straw was finding droppings in my bed. I had tried using bait stations and snap traps with no success.

After assessing the situation Iain Pendreich made every effort during the course of treatment to locate entry points including very inaccessible places in the walls behind units. The mice seemed to resist most of the bait but the gel was effective.

Ewan and Clara also helped to find any other possible entry points and everything was sealed up including wire mesh stapled over gaps, wire wool and sealant.

I was so impressed with the expertise and dedication to help with the problem.

Knowing that there was a total understanding of the problem and anxiety caused was so reassuring I was also able to update Iain by text to describe and send photos giving evidence prior to his next visit.

I shall not hesitate to contact Pest Solutions if there are further sightings and will recommend them to anyone who has this problem.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The whole team were incredibly thorough and reassuring during what was a pretty stressful situation.

Iain was absolutely brilliant — he really put my mind at ease, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even called me between visits to go through photographs and check progress. I had a rat’s nest under my shed and lots of activity under the decking, and Iain gave really helpful advice on garden works to rat-proof the area as much as possible going forward.

Ewan and Ceri were great too — professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing.

Couldn’t fault the service at all and would highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the work carried out in my house to eradicate mice. Ceri fully explained all that was necessary and carried it out in the allotted time frame. Punctual always. Clara was a high quality professional that when attending site identified solutions both for the short team and long term challenge, we were facing rodents in the loft. The service from the entire pest solutions team has been fantastic, however, given that it is the technicians that attend your property I really wanted to highlight the service received from Clara which was exceptional.

Treatment for two large wasp nests in my attic. Elizabeth was extremely friendly and reassuring. I would highly recommend Pest Solutions.
